SMS Terms & Opt-In

Program Description

Amerikick Pennington Martial Arts ("Amerikick Pennington", "we", "us") operates an SMS program to support parents and students of our martial arts school located at 25 Rt. 31 S, Suite 4, Pennington, NJ 08534. Messages relate to scheduling, class reminders, follow-ups on trial class requests, account notifications, and occasional school announcements and promotions.

How to Opt In (Call-to-Action)

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Amerikick Pennington in any of the following ways:

• Completing the trial sign-up form on our website at amerikickpennington.com, entering your mobile number, and checking the box that reads: "By checking this box, I agree to receive calls, texts (SMS/MMS), and emails from Amerikick Pennington at the phone number and email I provided, including for scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and occasional promotions, sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
• Providing your mobile number in person at our school and giving verbal consent to be contacted by SMS.
• Texting START to the number provided by a staff member after you have requested SMS communication.

Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services. You may request information by phone or email instead.

• Event announcements (belt tests, tournaments, parent nights)
• Occasional school promotions and seasonal offers

• "Amerikick Pennington: Hi Sarah, this confirms Liam's free trial class Wed 6/24 at 5:30pm. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Msg&data rates may apply."
• "Amerikick Pennington: Reminder — Liam has Little Dragons tomorrow at 4:30pm. See you on the mat! Reply STOP to opt out."

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our school (for example, scheduling a trial, enrolling, or attending events). You can expect roughly 2–8 messages per month on average.

Cost

Amerikick Pennington does not charge for SMS messages, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

HELP & STOP

Reply HELP to any message to receive help and our contact information, or contact us directly at (609) 309-0071 or Pennington@Amerikick.com.

Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out of SMS messages from Amerikick Pennington. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Supported Carriers

Available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
